The ATC-UV80RTR machine is designed for precision UV, roll-to-roll, Mayer rod coating for rolls up to 12" diameter(300mm) and 80" (2m) wide, with a coating speed from 10 ft. to 33 ft. (3m to 10m) per minute. Measured coating thickness, 0.3 mills on up, is selected by using different size Mayer bars. PLC touch screen controls govern and monitor the process for ease of operation. The ATC-UV80RTR caters to fleet graphics, wall paper and other roll applications.

The ATC UV-36SD Cyclone is an offline, sheet-
fed UV liquid coating system that produces a
high quality finish on a wide variety of inks,
toners and substrates. This low maintenance,
easy-to-use system allows for effective
coating of printed media at a very low
average cost.

This ATC coating system can coat substrates
such as styrene, chloroplast, corrugated
materials, foam board, metal and other
printable media up to a thickness of 1 inch
(2.54cm).
